As a prototyping EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Service) and contract manufacturer (CM), our business is built around high-mix, low-volume (HMLV) work: from a single prototype board to production runs of a few thousand units, with no minimum order quantity (MOQ). - Rapid PCB Prototyping: Fast-turnaround prototype development across three tiers: Express (5 business days), Expedited (10 business days), and Standard (20 business days), once files, boards, and components are received. Rush service may be available for time-critical projects.
- Quick-Turn PCB Assembly in USA: Supporting your NPI program with prototypes delivered in as little as 5 business days.
- Electronics Assembly: Small-batch manufacturing of simple to highly complex electronic assemblies.
- Box Builds: Complete electronic system integration and assembly.
- Rack-Mounted Electronics: Complete electronic system integration and assembly for rack-mounted systems.
- DFM Review: Documentation review for Design for Manufacturability compliance, ensuring smoother production runs and higher-quality outcomes.

Founded on October 18, 2005, BESTProto began with a simple but powerful idea: to serve the unique needs of product designers and R&D engineers who needed an accessible, local prototyping partner they could trust.
At a time when much of manufacturing was moving overseas, the industry was losing fast, reliable, collaborative domestic options. BESTProto emerged to fill that gap, offering a flexible, easy-to-work-with, U.S.-based alternative, where clients could quickly turn their designs into working prototypes for testing and production.
